Return Window
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
How to Return
Email returns@hennyandlumpia.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different size or colour, please place a new order and initiate a return for the original item. This ensures the fastest turnaround.
Sale Items
Items purchased at a discount are eligible for return unless marked as final sale.
Repairs
We offer lifetime repair on all Henny & Lumpia garments at no charge. Email repairs@hennyandlumpia.com to arrange a repair.
