What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. There are no refunds — exchanges only. Email returns@hennyandlumpia.com with your order number to get started.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to over 80 countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties paid by the customer.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic delivery takes 3-5 business days. International delivery typically takes 7-14 business days.

How should I care for my garments?
Care instructions are attached to each garment. Cold machine wash or hand wash for most pieces; dry clean structured outerwear.

All orders are packaged in our standard tissue and box. All items arrive presentation-ready.
